The most important property for shoe sole is wear-resistant,  PVC granules for shoes make it excellently. When producing, we add different additives to the PVC resin to gain different properties such as anti-aging, insulated, flame-retardant and transparent. Normally, this kind of PVC granules can be used in the following products: Galoshes or Rain shoes, Slippers, Insulated shoes, Anti-skidding shoes,
Shoe soles etc.
This PVC granules can adjust to extrusion or injection molding. According to the requirements, this kind of PVC granules can be any color you like.

Application

1) pvc soft products.

 It can be made of hoses, cables, wires, plastic sandals, shoes, slippers, toys, auto parts etc.

2) pvc film.

The transparent film can be used for greenhouses, plastic greenhouses and plastic film mulch. It can also be used for packaging bags, raincoat, table cloth, curtains, inflatable toys etc.

3) pvc coated products.

Can be used to make leather luggage, purses, book covers, sofa and car seat,etc. As well as floor covering, flooring materials for buildings.

4) pvc foam products.

Can be used for foam slippers, sandals, insoles, and anti-vibration cushioning packaging material, Rigid PVC sheet and profiles, it is a new building material.

2.Storage:
The resin should be stored in a drafty, dry warehouse and away from fire and direct sunlight. It should not be piled up in the open air.
3.Transportation:
During transportation, the product should not be exposed to strong sunlight or rain and should not be transported together with sand, soil, scrap metal, coal or glass. Transportation together with toxic, corrosive and flammable substance is strictly prohibited.
