Application

L-Cysteine Hcl Monohydrate,Colorless to white crystalls or crystal powder, slightly special smell sour, melting point 175 ºC (decomposition).Soluble in water, the aqueous solution is acidic, the pH value of 1% solution is about 1.7, and the pH value of 0.1% solution is about 2.4.Also soluble in alcohol,  and acetic acid, not soluble in ether,, benzene, etc.It has the function of reducing, anti-oxidation and preventing non-enzymatic Browning.
